Located in historic Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, the Phoenix Center is a premier 138 bed skilled nursing facility providing the best quality care in short term rehabilitation and long-term nursing services. Our residents are treated to a rich variety of social activities along with top-notch medical care. Our attentive and dedicated caregivers remain available 24/7 to respond to our patients’ daily physical, social, and psychological needs. Our nursing staff is well-equipped to handle residents with a number of complex medical issues. We strive to maintain our residents’ independence and dignity by allowing them to be as self-sufficient as possible. The Phoenix Center helps ease the transition from hospital to home for individuals recuperating from illness or surgery. Whether one needs rehabilitation following a stroke, cardiac incident, or joint replacement, our center is fully equipped to accelerate their recovery process. Our highly trained in-house rehab professionals deliver physical, occupational, and speech therapy seven days a week in conjunction with the necessary emotional support.

Our staff is truly attuned to every patient’s distinct needs and consistently go above and beyond their daily duties. Once a patient returns home, our attentive care does not end.
